The Firm
Studio Spito & Associati is a professional association of chartered accountants established over 30 years ago, specializing in corporate, tax and administrative consultancy services for small to medium-sized companies, professionals and international individuals.
Our customers can count on a competent partner to support them along their entire path, from the establishment of the company to its management over time, providing them with valuable assistance during their growth and expansion, also in international markets.
The tax consultancy service provided by our firm aims to exploit the possibilities offered by the application of tax legislation to maximize the benefits to customers and facilitate the possibility of expanding their business.
The firm carries out statutory auditing activities as governed by Italian law and accounting practice. With the introduction of the new Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code, the compulsory parameters for auditing have become more stringent, making the appointment of a supervisory body or auditor mandatory in more circumstances.
Over the years the firm has advised numerous international corporate and individual clients operating in different sectors. It is our goal to follow each client with great care, paying attention to their specific needs and advising them on the most appropriate economic, administrative and legal solutions to ensure successful business operations in a complex country such as Italy.
