Studio Spito & Associati is a professional association of chartered accountants established over 30 years ago, specializing in corporate, tax and administrative consultancy services for small to medium-sized companies, professionals and international individuals.
The firm’s mission is to offer its clients competent assistance throughout their entire life cycle, offering integrated interdisciplinary solutions, implemented through targeted interventions and with the aim of going far beyond simple obligations. Founding partner of the firm, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1989 as well as of the Technical Consultants for the Court of Rome and the Register of Statutory Auditors.
After the important experiences in an auditing firm (Arthur Andersen) and tax law firms (Studio Alderighi and Studio Associato Alderighi Tesauro), Silvano founded his own firm together with other colleagues, leading up to the current group practice.

Founding partner of the firm, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and of the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1996. After the experience in an associated firm where she dealt with general accounting for a large assortment of clients, Monica founded her own firm, leading up to the current group practice. Over the course of twenty years of experience, she has gained considerable expertise mainly in the following sectors:

Thanks to her extensive professional experience, she capably accompanies the firm’s employees in their professional growth. She is highly respected by clients, who she leads with competence and patience in their administrative journey.
A collaborator of the firm since 2015, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2009 and of the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2010.

In the past 20 years she has provided support to the firm in the management of international clients, primarily involved in financial statement reclassifications and analysis, management reporting, and expat issues.
Of American nationality, with a degree in Business Administration from the USA, Lisa has held various roles in multinational companies, gaining experience in budgeting and management reporting.
She successfully managed the planning and controllership processes as well as management reporting for the different stakeholders while working for the European HQ of a leading global research agency within Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company
From 2018, Lisa has been on the Board of Directors of IPG International Practice, an international association of lawyers, chartered accountants, and other professionals of which the firm has been a member since 1996.

A collaborator of the firm since 2013, holds a degree in Economics and Business obtained in 2007.
